Protecting your digital information

I had decide to write this article and later deferred writting it to a later date. Then I read the story of the Twitter attack on TechCruch. The story is about a hacker called Hacker Croll who was able to hack into the systems of Twitter and fetch some sensitive data about the twitter employees. That brought me back to this article with a slightly altered title. The original article was "protecting your data on the internet". As you can see, there is little difference but sounds broader.

It puts an interesting twist in the operating system war going one among Microsoft Windows, Apple OS and Linux OS and adds an aside to the already engaging browser war. Since the released of Google Chrome, it further heightened tensions amongst the race to get a bigger portion of web users.

ScreenToaster, a free online screen recorder has been acquired by Veodia, it was announced through a vlog post on Veodia's website. With their agile video streaming platform used in various communication platforms this acquisition is seen by Veodia as a step that puts them further ahead.
